Free Trial Terms of Use

  1. Introduction
    Welcome to Clarity By Rego (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our SaaS application (“Service”). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
  1. Use of Service
    2.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
    2.3 User Responsibilities: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  1. Subscription
    3.3 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access to the Service will continue until the end of the trial period.
  2. Use Restrictions
    4.1 Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use our Service for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:
  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Distributing harmful or malicious software.

    4.2 Suspension and Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or engage in any prohibited activities.
  1. Intellectual Property
    5.1 Ownership: All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, content, and trademarks, are owned by us or our licensors. You agree not to use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Service without our prior written consent.
  1. Disclaimer of Warranties
    Our Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  1. Limitation of Liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
  1. Governing Law
    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
  1. Data collection via Whatfix
    Clarity by Rego trials utilizes Whatfix to assist with navigation of the application. This includes AI capabilities for searching help. The AI model is only trained on content provided by Rego and the search terms are not shared with the Large Language Model (LLM.) Whatfix captures user engagement data that is shared with Rego Consulting. Any PII data that is sent to Whatfix is encrypted in transit and at REST.   1. Changes to Terms
    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

By signing up for our Clarity by Rego 14-day trial, you acknowledge that your data will be hosted on servers located in the United States. If you reside outside of the United States and prefer that your data not be hosted in the United States during the trial period, you have the option to request alternative data hosting arrangements.

To do so, please email us at ClarityByRegoSupport@regoconsulting.com prior to completing your trial registration, specifying your preferred data hosting location. We will do our best to accommodate your request and ensure that your data is hosted in your desired region.

Please note that failing to contact us before signing up will result in your data being hosted in the United States by default during the 14-day trial.
